Gentlemen,
Your mission: Choose one active and one "throwback" jersey for each major sport that you would wear to that team's home game.
Here are my picks:
- NFL:
Current: Hines Ward...of course
Vintage: Franco Harris
- MLB:
Current: Griff
Vintage: Jose Rio (gray road jersey...definitely)
- NBA:
Current: Steve Nash (sorry Bucks)
Vintage: Kevin McHale
-NHL:
Current: Sidney Crosby (that sweet powder blue one they wore on New Year's Day)
Vintage: Mario Lemeiux
- Soccer:
Current: Dennis Berkamp (World Cup Netherlands...the only orange and black I would wear)
Vintage: Franz Beckenbauer
- NCAA Basketball:
Current: none...definitely not UC. their new uniforms are awful
Vintage: Herb Jones (option 2, Melvin Levitt, but only if it said "Helicopter" on the back)
Wild Card: Remember the team that the Mighty Ducks played in the last game of the first movie? They had great uniforms. I'd wear one of those.
What say you?

Current: Carson Palmer (honestly nobody else is assured of being back anytime soon)
Throw Back: Icky Woods (or whiteshoes johnson just to have the powder blu e chargers jersey)
MLB:
Current: Harang
Throw back: I am partial to Dave Parker because he hit a dinger in my first live game, or Sparky because of the name, but I would have to go with Bench

I thought this was one we would wear to a game, and frankly I don't like the Rams.
Besides, I already have a Fliper Anderson Jersey, And have worn it to a Rams game
NFL: Ocho Cinco (Enjoy it while it lasts)
Throwback: I have a bright orange P-Dubs practice jersey that I also claim doubles as a Cris Collinsworth. It's hideous, but I also think it's lucky.
NBA: Garnett (Love the Celts simplicity)
Throwback: Barkley on the Suns home jersey(with the Sun logo that for some weird reason had streak marks, as if it was dashing across the uniform? Why? IT'S THE SUN.)
MLB: Ryan Freel (One word: Farney)
Throwback: I actually have a Bench throwback that was given to me on my birthday, so I have to go with that one.
NHL: Any Ottowa Senators jersey
Throwback: Adam "Valujet" Deadmarsh.
College FB: unopened blue book from an FSU exam in an entry level math course. (Honorable mention: DeCody Fagg.)
Throwback: two words -- Tamarick Vanover. It was the first year the Noles had personalized jerseys from Nike. I was in fifth grade. So fly.
For my wild card, I have to go with the super-snazzy woolen "New York Knights" Roy Hobbs jersey from the Natural. I even have the hat to go with it. I wore it as a Halloween costume one year, and a la Patty and Selma: "It made it into the regular rotation."
NFL
Current: Carson Palmer (I own it so that's what I'm going with)
ThrowBack: Boomer Esiason
MLB
Current: Freel
