The secret's out...

From Paul Daugherty's Blog:

"Speaking of radio, Terrific and Irrelevant Friday Night Topic this week is Best Burger in Town... Someplace called Terry's Turf Club on Eastern Avenue is getting rave reviews. The former Maisonette chef runs it, evidently. Really? I like J. Alexander's, with QUATMANS not far behind. I find the much-loved Zips to be overrated. We'll talk."

One wonders...does he get frizzled onions too?

Anyone ever tried Pilot Inn on Edwards? I hear its very tasty.

My two favorite are Zips and Quatman's, in no particular order.

Zips and Quatmans are clearly the best for sentimental reasons, but the Burgers at 'Mt. Adams Bar and Grill' and the 'Celestial' (formerly the Rookwood Pottery, also in Mt. Adams) are amazing.

If you all are ever in Charlotte 'Big Daddy Burger' and 'The Counter' are also good, although 'The Counter's' atmosphere is a little too YUPPIE for my tastes.

IT WAS MORE THAN ONE BITE, AND YOU ATE SOME OF THE FRIES!
